Courtney Keen is the Director and Principal Physiotherapist at Cove Physio and Pilates. With a background in both physiotherapy and occupational health, Courtney combines clinical precision with a genuine passion for helping people move and feel their best.

Growing up with a strong interest in sport and an active lifestyle, Courtney has long understood the value of movement in maintaining both physical and mental wellbeing. She has worked with athletes across various levels—from local community sport, to the workplace and elite performance—helping individuals recover from injury, enhance mobility, and return to the activities they love with confidence.

Before founding Cove Physio and Pilates, Courtney spent several years working in private practice and on-site in the WA mines, where she developed extensive experience in injury management, rehabilitation, and workplace health. This combination of sporting and occupational experience has shaped her holistic approach to care—focusing not just on recovery, but on building long-term strength, resilience, and prevention.

Passionate about supporting the Esperance community, Courtney created Cove Physio and Pilates to offer high-quality, evidence-based care in a welcoming and empowering space. Her goal is to help every client—whether athlete, worker, or weekend warrior—move better, feel stronger, and live well.
